ACTING CLASSES

Scene Work and Performance:

“Focusing on the art of theatrical performance, this class will explore and apply the techniques to produce a stage performance that will communicate the character’s actions and intentionally ns in a stylistic and believable manner.  The class will utilize scenes from published plays as text.”

 

Becoming the Character:

“Students will flesh out a character using improvisation, body movement, vocal characterization, and more, to transform into a living, breathing character that is original and unique.”

 

Acting for the Camera:

“This class will focus on video and cinema acting techniques.  Student artists will learn the methodologies necessary for non-linear and subtextual performance.”
